Lamb Films is an Independent Film Company from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Larry Cowan set up Lamb Films in 2007 to provide a platform for local talent and to create a community of filmmakers. After years of working in the Hospitality Industry pretending to be a manager, Larry left to pursue his film-making dreams by sweeping up rubbish on film sets. While gaining as much experience as he could in every department from Tim Robbins stand-in, to set security, Larry was keen to put all these skills together and formed Lamb Films. In the Last 12 years Lamb Films have produced all types of films for all types of audiences, this ranges from feature films, short films to cross-community media projects. Their films have played at hundreds film festivals worldwide, won awards, and some are available on i-tunes. Community Media projects is a big part of Lamb Films, they have produced and facilitated over 25 projects including The Belfast City Council Youth Form Award 2013 Winning: Interface Diaries. In 2021 Lamb Films are filming The Trick Room and have hope to film "Paperboy in 2022" Feature Film development is an in the main field of Lamb Films with "The Choirmaster" ,"Magennis VC"' and "The Rules of Perspective" in development and activity seeking co-production partners.
