Jill Mills

Jill Mills is a modern day pioneer & strength sports legend. Her lifting career has spanned more than twenty years & she has earned the title of "World Champion" in both Powerlifting & Strongman. Jill may be best known as the 2001 & 2002 World's Strongest Woman, which was filmed & later aired on ESPN. Following these titles, she made appearances in commercials, television shows, movies, and a game show. Jill has since done numerous radio & magazine interviews, and currently can be found hosting & judging strength sports events, as well as presenting at seminars across the U.S.
