Jenny Shackleton is an actress and writer from Houston, Texas. She studied theater and advertising at the University of Texas in Austin, and played the role of Kate Barlow in the world premiere of Louis Sachar's play, "Holes", during her time at the University. After college, Jenny moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting, comedy, and writing. She most recently studied at Upright Citizen's Brigade and Brian Reese's Acting Studio, and has a strong background in improvisation and comedy. After signing with AQUA Talent Agency, she has been cast in several national commercials, including the lead role in a national Logo Board Game commercial. Her TV credits include MTV's "Chelsea Settles", MTV's "Prank My Mom", "Operation Repo", and Rob Schneider's "Real Rob". She also appeared in an extended-length special episode of 1000 Ways to Die "Apocalypse Charlie" that spoofed Charlie Sheen and his goddesses. Despite having a stronger background in comedy, Jenny's film career has been mostly comprised of dramatic roles. She took on darker roles in both feature films, "Strings" and "Through The Valley."
