Ryan DePesa

Ryan DePesa is an enthusiastic young producer and writer. Born in the South suburbs of Chicago and raised in a low-income family, Ryan is no stranger to hard work, getting his first job at a local Hollywood Video when he was just 17. While moving into the workforce, Ryan also strived for academic perfection graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in arts and sciences from Columbia College Chicago in 2009. As a student, Ryan pushed the limits of creative storytelling with a wide variety of highly ambitious and acclaimed short films and screenplays including the short film "Ordinary World" which was an official selection of the 2010 Chicago United Film Festival. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2009, Ryan has continued to write while also proving himself a strong producer in unscripted television. Ryan is known for his ability to work in all phases of production and finding the drama in real life... You can't write this stuff. Ryan is a young producer, but has already established himself with major production companies including Ridley Scott Associates, Evolution Media & Relativity Real on a variety of shows that air on many major cable networks.
