Nana Ponceleon was born in Venezuela but spent her early years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has lived between Venezuela and the USA ever since. Today she is based in New York City. Her interest in performing arts began early in her life but she did not formally pursue it until recent years. After graduating from high school, she got a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Pace University in New York; leaving her artistic self buried for a long time. She worked in the corporate world for many years. Her last business jobs were at Microsoft Venezuela for over 11 years and afterwards as a sales and marketing business consultant. After resigning from the corporate world, her life changed completely, once she took acting classes in Venezuela. She continued her training in Los Angeles and New York City, where she recently graduated from Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She has worked in many films in Venezuela including the award winning international film "The Zero Hour" (La Hora Cero) featured in HBO, as well as in plays and films in New York City.
