Jaime Tintor was born Hibbing, Minnesota - a small iron mining town in Northeastern Minnesota's Iron Range which is also the home of singer/songwriter Robert Allen Zimmerman (aka Bob Dylan). He was the captain of his high school basketball team, and the pitcher and starting first baseman on his high school baseball team. He attended Hibbing Community College where he acted in his first show, "The Kentucky Cycle". He went on to graduate with his MFA in acting from the Asolo Conservatory at Florida State University.
