Born in Tokyo, Japan. His first feature film A Bao A Qu was made as graduation project at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2007. In 2010, his debut film Abraxas was released and screened in Sundance Film Festival, New York Asian Film Festival, Busan International Film Festival and other film festivals. His latest film 2045 Carnival Folklore was officially selected at Seattle International Film Festival 2015. He started Noise Death Match unit Sierror! with Keisuke Masuda in 2011.
