Jason Anthony Fisher

Jason Anthony Fisher is a studio sold and optioned screenwriter and a multi-nominated, and award-winning writer/director/producer. He has devoted time to the craft of screenwriting and developing in a range of genres. His recent successes include: In December of 2020, 'Fable of the Jade Tiger' won the special jury award for best screenplay at the Indo-Global International Film Festival in Bollywood and his spy action thriller, A.K.A. The Surgeon also won the Best Short Film award. His crime drama feature script, 'In The game' won best feature script at the Spring 2020 Top Indie Film Awards screenplay contest, while his Action epic screenplay, 'Fable of the Jade Tiger' was also nominated as the best feature script in the same contest. His British based drama short screenplay about the knifing epidemic titled 'The Grove' was a semi-finalist in the March 2020 contest at the Canadian Cinematography Awards. Plus, Jason's animated adventure short ' Artifact Mac' was the December winner for Best Screenplay at the Asian Cinematography Awards in the Philippines. Jason's 25-minute featurette spy-action thriller A.K.A. The film has received 18 wins plus 12 more nominations in the last few years. Among the various honors, Jason earned recognition in direction, producing, music producing, writing, original story, production design, costume design, special effects and visual effects producing and design, and sound effects producing and sound design. His cast members have also received recognition. Jason has studied the art of writing for the screen under several of the leading gurus, who have either studied or taught at prestigious institutions: Pilar Allesandra (Taught at UCLA's Extension program), Wendal Thomas (Adjunct screenwriting Professor at UCLA), Karl Iglesias (Cornel University), Blake Snyder (Georgetown University), and Daniel P. Calvisi (NYU).
