Amy Hutchins

Amy Hutchins is a professional actor based in New York City. She narrates audio-books under the pseudonym Amelia Hugh. Originally from Maryland, she's a classically-trained actor and singer. She enjoys performing in language-based works, most notably gender-bending Shakespeare. She is skilled in dialects like RP, Estuary British, Scottish, Welsh, German, and others. She also play Dr. Monica Anders on GZM Shows' family audio-drama podcast "Six Minutes." When she's not performing, she enjoys cuddling with my two Sphynx cats, cooking, and traveling. She was a foreign exchange student twice: once in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, and then in Caracas, Venezuela at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. These experiences helped her view all characters she plays as real and relatable people. She's fluent in Spanish, and speaks some Italian and German. She has performed lines in Spanish, Welsh, Polish, and Amharic.
