Hussam Alhulwah

Previously a film critic for Asharq Alawsat, Al Madina and Al Jazira Newspapers, Saudi writer and director Hussam Alhulwa confounded the award-winning Talashi Films in 2008. where he wrote and directed two shorts I Don' Wanna (2009) and Return (2010), which won the best script at the Gulf Film Festival. He wrote, produced and directed the TV movie Apartment 6 (2012) for MBC Network, and directed a few TV movies for the Saudi National TV. Hussam served as a juror at the 4th Saudi Film Festival in 2017.
