Fabian Erlinghauser is a director, animation director, and character animator at Cartoon Saloon, where he co-directed the Annie-nominated Greenpeace film "There's a monster in my kitchen"; and the TV-show Dorg Van Dango. He is currently Assistant Director on Nora Twomey's upcoming feature "My Father's Dragon". Prior to this he served as Animation Director of the award-winning feature films 'Song of the Sea', 'The Breadwinner', and 'The Secret Of Kells'. In his 21 years at Cartoon Saloon he has been involved in a wide range of projects from feature films to TV-shows, short films, and commercials. He has also worked extensively in character layout posing, animation development, series development, scripts, and animatic edits. Apart from Cartoon Saloon he enjoys teaching and facilitating lectures and workshops.
