Theresa June-Tao is a rising performer readily seen in television and in film. As a stand-out student, Theresa graduated from Clear Brook High School in Friendswood, Texas. She was part of the National Honor Society, National French Honor Society, Student Council, the Theatre Club, Cheerleading including the Competition squad, and was the Homecoming Queen. After attending college for a year-and-a-half winning the Small Coed division of the Collegiate NCA National Championship in Daytona, Florida as a "flyer". Theresa's next move was the entertainment field. She found work dancing for Team NRG of the WNBA's Houston Comets, toured with Top 40 Artists Frankie J, and Baby Bash, appeared in John Legend's and Andre 3000's "Green Light" video, played a mean Malibu Squad Cheerleader in "Bring It On Cinco" with Christina Milian, and so much more. She began studying acting in 2007 in California at the Meisner Center where she says she "Learned about hard work and discipline, Preparation, and A crap-load about myself." She also studied under her mentor, Lesly Kahn, while she played an FBI Tech on "Bones", an apocalyptic fighter in "Wasteland", an abused Laotian immigrant in "Seed of Hope", a hairdresser on Matthew Perry's "Go On", as well as a tough cookie in various independent features like "Mile Marker 7". She is best known for her role in the Sci-Fi Action feature "Battle of Los Angeles" (2011) (V) often airing on the SYFY channel in which she played Airforce pilot Lt. Solano. Most recently, you will find her opening the episode called "Patience" on CBS's internationally known NCIS. She also enjoys the creative side-writing, producing, shooting, and editing smaller projects. She is a part-time environmentalist, promoting petitions that she believes in, is a long distance mother to her Child-Fund child from Mozambique, Sarmento, is a member of Amnesty International, donator to Human Rights Campaign, UNHCR, Samaritan's Purse and more. There's a reason her company is called Golden Rule Entertainment.
