Josie Fite

Josephine (Josie) is a 21 year old actress, writer, director, and editor. She grew up in Los Angeles, studied film at Ithaca College for a year, but returned to LA at the start of the pandemic. During the pandemic she made two short films: BABYMAN and Toughest Things in the Desert. BABYMAN was featured in two festivals: Lift-Off Global Sessions, and the local Cabinet of Curiosities. Toughest Things has been selected by the LA Independent Film Awards and was awarded certificates of merit for editing, music, production design, and sound design from Southern Shorts Awards. Also during the pandemic, she studied acting with Cameron Watson on zoom and at the Raven Playhouse. She recently voiced Charlie, in the podcast series A Garden of Terrible Blooms by Sharon Yablon, the episode is titled The Edge of Heaven.
