Partha Ganguly

Partha Ganguly is an Filmmaker known for Dahek. After the Graduation in Bsc from Kolkata, he started diploma course about Film Studies in one of the oldest Institution CHITRABANI FILM STUDIES, Kolkata (founder Mr. Satyajit Ray) in the year of 1995. He completed the Diploma course & again joined CHITRABANI FILM STUDIES, Kolkata institute for another one year course about Cinematography in the year of 1997. Equally he completed his studies about Applied Art in the institute of ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS, Kolkata. Then he started to work in the Advertising world & did the job in the multiple Advertising Houses in Kolkata like Ulka, Rediffusion, Disha, Reflection ect. At that period of time he did several Commercials & Corporate Films. In the year of 2003, he got his first opportunity to start a Bengali full length Feature Film named ANANYA APARTMENT (unreleased) as an Associate Director & Cinematographer. Produced by Dreamz Cine Works Private Limited, Kolkata. In the year of 2007, He did his first Hindi full length Feature Film DAHEK, A Restless Mind (released) as an Associate Director & Cinematographer. Produced by A2 Creations & Erros, Mumbai. In the year of 2014, he got a chance to make my first Bengali full length Feature Film PATH GHAT (released) as a debutante Director. Produced by Percept Production, Kolkata. In the year of 2018, he completed another Bengali full length Feature Film BHOOT DARSHAN (now it's planning to release) as a Director. Produced by Prince Entertainment, Kolkata. In the beginning of the year 2019, he started his first Hindi full length Feature Film project named LUBDH (now in the last stage of the post production) as a Director. Producers are Fly High Entertainment & Box Office Nine, Mumbai. Last Year he did a Musical Short Film Named 'FAAGUN' Produced BY KOL EVENTS, KOLKATA Which Got 21 Nomination The Various Film Festivals Throughout The World and Got 10 Awards ( including DADASAHEB PHALKE International Film Festival Award & Boston Film Festival Award).
