Tom Hingston

Tom Hingston is an award-winning creative director and graphic designer, based in London. Renowned for his innovative approach to art direction and design, his work spans print, digital, moving image and experiential. Hingston Studio, his design company, has won numerous awards, particularly for its work in music. Over the last 20 years Hingston has collaborated extensively with some of the world's most well-known artists, including David Bowie, Grace Jones, Nick Cave, The Chemical Brothers, The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, Robbie Williams and Massive Attack. Following early acclaim in music, Hingston has been appointed as Art Director for numerous fashion and beauty brands including Christian Dior, Alexander McQueen, Lancôme and Orlebar Brown. His work in moving image has led to a number of film title collaborations with directors including Joe Wright; Pride & Prejudice, Atonement, Anna Karenina and Pan and Anton Corbijn; Control, A Wanted Man and Life. Recent commercial work includes three promos for David Bowie and films for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Hingston is represented by RSA (Ridley Scott Associates) for all moving image and film projects.
