Ralph A. Wilburn Jr.

Ralph A Wilburn Jr was born in the Bronx, New York. He lived in Harlem until he was about 5 and then moved to the Bronx, NY. He went to private school in New Rochelle, NY until Junior High and then attended Catholic school in the Bronx where he graduated. He's a self taught DJ and a self taught former NY State Licensed Barber. Ralph is very inquisitive and creative and enjoys learning new things and challenging himself. He worked in the Financial Services field for over 10 years before pursuing acting. He studied acting with Joanna Beckson as well as Scott Freeman at Stella Adler School of Acting. Ralph continues to hone his craft with teachers and colleagues who share his passion. He's always loved the arts and regularly visits many of the NY museums and art galleries. Ralph views acting as a living art in which the actors emotions and inner life are used in same way a painter uses his brushes and works with color to create original works of art. In his spare time he enjoys expressing himself by drawing, painting and writing. Ralph's mother is the author RE Wilburn. She's written a book called "Understanding The Preschooler" as well 6 self-published novels. Ralph has been happily married for 7 years. He loves working and meeting new people.
