Comedian Buzzy Greene drifted around New York in the 1930s playing burlesque shows and whatever jobs came his own way. He toured the world with various USO shows until he landed in California in the 1950s. From there he played the local circuits but he never became a household name. When he got bit by the Hollywood bug he took whatever job he could including that of a strand-in, extra, bit part actor, or whatever any casting director would toss his way. He worked until his death appearing in countless shows including Gunsmoke, Kojak, Bonanza, and Murder, She Wrote.
