Luc Stephen is a Creator, Writer, Producer, Director and Consultant. President of Second Chance Enterprises an independent black owned film company. His introduction to the film world came by working on the BET documentary series "American Gangster" later on in time Luc revisited his newly developed passion with a YouTube hit series that garnished 500K views. I love to create and aspire to do something that will influence the culture so it can influence the world. so through short film, feature film, TV shows and and documentaries i hope to establish myself as someone that brings 100% to every project, that I'm a part of. also loves to do music video. Transitioning that sound into a visual is simply awesome. All I want to do is shoot !!!
