Danny Ormerod is a West Midlands born filmmaker currently living in London. He co-owns Slick Films with Chris Overton and produced the short film 'The Silent Child', winning the Oscar for Best Live Action Short at the 90th Academy Awards in Los Angeles. He also starred in Bafta Nominated film 'Northern Soul'.
