Beth Dzuricky was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on September 19th, 1960. The youngest of six children to parents of Polish and Slovak descent, the "D" in her last name is silent. While attending St. Benedict Academy High School, Beth became interested in theatre and film and started performing in community theatre and making stop-action animated films on her family's dining room table. Beth went on to attend The Pennsylvania State University where she earned a degree in Film Production and in 1983 she moved to New York City where she still lives today. A self-proclaimed late bloomer, Beth performed a variety of roles in life as a factory worker, professional cat sitter, executive secretary, and bookkeeper's assistant before devoting herself to acting. Her first professional role came in 2007 with Law & Order (1990). More roles soon followed, including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999) and The Accidental Husband (2008) where she played opposite Uma Thurman. Beth can be seen playing Kelly's Mom in the independent feature King Kelly (2012) and as Mattie opposite Lois Smith in Two Altars and a Cave (2013) which she also co-wrote. Beth studies at the Herbert Berghof Studio in New York. She wrote, produced and performed her solo show "Bed, Beth and Beyond" at the New York International Fringe Festival. She writes every day, is an avid lap swimmer, and practices Kundalini Yoga.
