Yoshie Lewis

Yoshie has been working professionally in various arenas of the entertainment business since 1983. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of California, Riverside, and a MA in Producing Film and Video at the American University in Washington, DC., where her studies were heavily weighted towards documentary production and feature film development. She has been a camera operator, coordinator, and production manager on various indie films, as well as on TV shows for FUSE, CMT, and ESPN2; and, she has over thirty years of experience in the costuming field. In 2008, Yoshie became established as a network producer. She is well versed in research and writing, as well as budgets and logistics. Amongst her other credits are three history books for Arcadia Publishing. She is a founder and the current board member of the Nashville Japanese Film Festival and a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
