Stasia Patwell

Stasia is a hilarious comedian and actress from Boston. She was requested to star in a national commercial for Ooma Home Security without an audition, after previously having worked with the same production company. She also recently starred in the short, SORRY ABOUT YOUR WIFE, alongside PJ BYRNE. The film has just been nominated for the Cannes Lions YDA Award. Director, Luke Davies, said 'he would love to work with her again...many other people will too when they see [her] in this...[she]'s amazing!' Stasia is also a paid stand-up comedian, who plays all over Los Angeles. She produces, books, runs, AND performs in her own show, RIDE OR DIE, at THE WORLD FAMOUS COMEDY STORE every month. Stasia was just booked on a comedy contest show for Laffy Taffy (Nestle), hosted by Nick Cannon, at the Laugh Factory Hollywood. In addition to comedy, Stasia is a talented dramatic actress. She has a degree in Theater from Pomona College. She has studied with Howard Fine, in his master class, for 9 years. She currently studies Method acting with Sharon Chatten, who has compared Stasia to Christine Baranski comically, and a cross between Mariska Hargitay and Anna Gunn in terms of drama. Stasia is also an advanced amateur figure skater. She currently trains with an Olympic silver medalist, and is proficient in spins and single jumps. She also teaches indoor cycling classes.
