Angelis Alexandris

Born in Chelsea, New York to Greek parents in 1931. Actor/Photographer. Curatorial Assistant at MOMA in the 1960s. Set up film department at Whitney Museum late 1960s. Photos published in Filmmakers Newsletter. Edited catalog for the Filmmakers Distribution Center, Lecture Bureau. Appeared as a film extra in over 100 films. Made independent films in the 1960s and 1970s.
