Karen Cruz

Karen Cruz is an actress of Filipino and Spanish descent. Raised in Los Angeles, Karen caught the acting bug as a teen when she booked a role in Michael York's California Youth Theater's production of the musical, "Oliver!" This exposure landed her an agent, which led her to book commercials such as McDonald's, Pepsi, Starburst, Comcast, Chrysler and Hewlett Packard, to name a few. With these commercials, Karen was able to pay her way through her college education at UCLA, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in English, with a focus on American Literature and Culture. Though Karen has always had a knack for writing, her true passion is in acting. Karen continues to study her craft while pursuing her dream.
