Stefan A. Lukacs aka "Istvan" is an Austrian-born screenwriter and director, based in Berlin, Germany. He graduated from New York Film Academy and later co-founded NonPlus Filmproductions. His debut feature COPS has won more than ten awards, including three National Austrian Film Awards. Stefan is an alumnus of Berlinale Talents, Sources 2, Ekran+, IFFI Campus and Susan Batson Studio NYC.
