Luis was born in Venezuela and raised in Seattle. Luis started his career by doing local theatre in Seattle until he decided to take a break at 18. He became a roadie for a couples bands and toured the states as well as Canada for 2 years. Fun fact Luis has as of now, has been to 49 states out of the 50 states. Luis has yet to visit Alaska. After his touring he decided to get back into Acting and has been doing so in Los Angeles.
