Gianni Palermo

The oldest of 3 children, Gianni was born to Jean (a well known pianist/composer/writer) and to Christina (remarried, author of Christian-Children Books/Missionary for poor children around the world/singer for the Christian Industry). Scott Howard, his Grandfather, watched over him most of his life. Mr. Howard was known for his performance in 1972 with Jack Nicholson in "The King of Marvin Gardens" and London credits in Europe. Gianni was born to the performing arts of life itself, watching his Father create magic in musical notes and his Mother teaching her children how to act and sing, mainly in the Christian world. Gianni may have been blessed to be in the Industry with credits in Europe from Germany, France and Italy for Theater, but hidden was the harsh reality he had to live with day in and day out. For many years, he was abused by his Father, for his Father was tortured by his art and talent. Gianni had to grow up very fast at age 10 with Father gone and Mother remarried to a man who shockingly sent him to America alone. He was then challenged to survive what no boy his age should ever endure in a lifetime. At age 16, after searching for many years, his Grandfather found and gave him a second chance of life. Again, in 1991, Gianni experienced more tragedy with the loss of his Grandfather, his Idol, due to a long painful death.From then to present, he is doing the only thing his blood knows best, entertaining the world. In 1992, his performance in "Life of Christ" was dedicated in honor of his Grandfather. Gianni then took a break for a while to pursue other interests. In 2004, he received the opportunity of a lifetime, making a major transition from Theater to the Film Industry. He is doing what he loves to do most and that is creating art. With a dynamic range of talent that is immediately evident whether in person or on any size screen. He is an actor, director, producer and has taken the industry by storm. In just a few short years, Gianni has climbed the ladder of success to achieve a status in the entertainment business. He is well-traveled throughout the US creating art through his passion to entertain the world. Gianni has completed 12 films. He escapes for some down time in Los Angeles, CA.
