Amy is an Actress originally from West Yorkshire. She trained at Arts Ed, Second City, Manchester School of Acting and NYMT. Her experience expands across a range of Television, Film and Theatre. Her most recent theatre credits include: Mrs Ryder in Small Island National Theatre and National Theatre Live. This Wide Night which received 5 nominations including Amy nominated for best Actor. She also plays Frida in The ABBA Generation Show, Canada tour. She has appeared in Call the Midwife, Coronation Street, Emmerdale and The Syndicate. She recently filmed "Just Say" for Emmy awarding winning film company 'Junction 15' Amy is vice-chair for the LGBTQ+ Equity Committee and, as an actor with a disability, she is also an advocate for DEAF AND DISABLED actors. Amy also belongs to ProFile Performers set up by Charlotte Bevan at The National Theatre (Profile Performers in partnership with Spotlight and The National represents D/deaf and Disabled Performers).
