Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas on February 14 1986, Meaghan Cooper loves the spotlight and the spotlight loves Meaghan. Whether you're thumbing through an issue of the National Enquirer, channel surfing through E! News and The Best Damn Sports Show or hanging the latest Hooters Calendar on your wall - there she is smiling back at you. But Miss September 2007 has a lot more to offer than good looks. Since the age of 4, Meaghan Cooper has been singing her heart out to anyone with ears and dancing her way across the stage of school talent shows and 25,000 seat rock arenas. It's the raw unbridled passion of rock music mixed with her early influences like Madonna, Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Shirley Bassey, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. Her love of Power-Pop bands like Def Leppard and the dancing and singing of Michael Jackson help to make Meaghan Cooper a well-balanced reflection of popular music. Meaghan has a band called Elephant Garden, based out of San Antonio, Texas and she has been living her life between San Antonio, Los Angeles and the exotic beaches of far away photo shoots as she prepares herself for the launch of her long awaited CD, music video and concert tour.
