Armon York Williams, known as Armon York developed his passion for acting, at an early age. He credits his mother as his biggest influence. Growing up in a household filled with theatrical and musical talents, Armon was selected to attend the Grand Rapids Spectrum Performing Arts program. It was here, where Marti Childs and Barbara Wisse helped Armon to develop his appreciation for Shakespeare, Improvisation, and Dance. By age 10, he began performing in community theater plays, at the Grand Rapids Civic Theater. As Armon started to develop his niche, he began booking principal work in television commercials and industrial training videos. Life took an interesting turn, when as a teenager Armon would become a parent to Khorissa Lyn. From this point forward, Armon took life more seriously, focusing on his education and being the best father, he could become. He credits his faith in God and the support of his parents, for allowing him to pursue studies in English Arts and Literature, at Hampton University. Never casting his dreams aside, Armon attended a master class, taught by Ed Lewis, (Prison Break). The insights gained from this class has lead to Armon landing principal roles. His credits include principal supporting roles in projects alongside Academy Award Winners Ernest Borgnine, Cuba Gooding Jr., and Louise Fletcher and Academy Award Nominee Nick Nolte and former U.S. Senator Fred Thompson.
