Fred Smith is a husband, father, and storyteller who's authored several books, films, and television commercials. He grew up in Miami and is based in Tampa, Florida. He wrote and directed the feature film, "Uploading the Angels" about a nine year old girl who uses the internet to send homemade movies to her parents in Heaven. His novel, "The Coolest Labels" is in development for a series with Producer Grace Santos and Director Nayip Ramos. It is loosely based on Fred's own high school experience in the wake of Hurricane Andrew in 1990's Miami. His novella, "The Estranged Rose" is in development for a feature with Producer Grace Santos. It's about music and love. Fred is also a drummer.
