As a Native of Tribeca, Charles has welcomed Arts and Music throughout his life. While attending Brown University; Charles spearheaded many community efforts and contributed greatly to the fund raising efforts of the Alumni. His goal is to help create Arts and Music Programs for Youth Groups that are interested in the arts through his Philanthropy and involvement with the Jewish National Fund.
