Elizabeth Otero de Espinoza is a screenwriter and playwright specializing in comedy. Her professional credits include PBS's "The 2011 Imagen Awards," Apprentice Staff Writer on the Playhouse Disney series "My Friends Tigger & Pooh" and Staff Writer on the LATV series "The Homies Hip Hop Show." Elizabeth is a Theater Arts graduate of the University of New Mexico and is a recipient of the Kennedy Center's Sí TV play-writing award. She was awarded a fellowship at the prestigious O'Neill National Playwrights Conference and has participated in the National Hispanic Media Coalition's Television Writers Program two times. Her play Land of Enchantment was read as part of the Ford Theater Foundation's Summer Play Reading Series. When not writing, Elizabeth enjoys directing and occasionally performing. She currently resides in New Mexico with her husband and two sons.
