Murray Mead

Murray was a child actor and stage performer from a very young age when he performed with his brother and sister back in the 40s. It was then he got a small part in "Women at War". Dropping out of the entertainment world to attend college, he received his degree in English from Pasadena City College and later became an English and Math teacher. Many years later he got a small stand-in role for the movie "Lone Star" and again in 2008 in the Movie "Tied in Knots". Murray was many things in his life: a butcher, a teacher, an actor, music producer, writer and a successful businessman and entrepreneur. He was one of the founding members of Quik Internet and the driving force that made it a worldwide international company. Known for his quick wit, intelligence and biting sense of humor, he made friends easily, and had friends all over the world. He will be forever loved and always remembered. Murray passed away peacefully at his home in Costa Mesa, California surrounded by his loving friends after a lengthily battle with a rare form of cancer (angiosarcoma).
