Tyrone L. Robinson

American actor Tyrone Robinson started acting in TV shows and films that were shot in his native North Carolina. At age fourteen he was cast in director Matty Rich's film The Inkwell starring a young Jada Pinkett Smith and Larenz Tate which cemented his love of acting. Also a musician and writer, Tyrone has worked with writing teams at The Daily Show and The Colbert Report in Chris Rock's Comedy Central Network Television Writing Program. Tyrone volunteers frequently with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Broadway Serves, a community service organization comprised of members of the Broadway community.
