James Belyeu

James Scott Belyeu was born October 13, 1989 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the son of Ashanti Belyeu, a former photographer, and Joel Scott Belyeu, an electrical engineer. He has a younger sister, Nicole. He was born James Belyeu, but at the age of four his father passed suddenly. In his honor his middle name became Scott. He gained an interest in acting around the age of 12 when he started volunteering at his local church, North Point Community. He was a backstage assistant, but quickly rose to become a production manager. After graduating from Northview High School in Johns Creek, Georgia (2007), James started a successful online retail store. The success from this allowed him free time a year later to pursue acting full time. He was brought on for a small appearance in "The Joneses" starring Demi Moore and David Duchovny.
