Kate Spencer

Kate Spencer was born on September 12th, 1991 to parents William, a retired Coast Guard officer, and Lisa, a teacher. Born in Stafford, Virginia, at eighteen months she moved down to Daphne, Alabama where she would grow up until age six. While in Daphne, she auditioned for the role of Tigerlilly in her school's rendition of Peter Pan, but lost out to two younger girls. Her brother, Kyle, would get the part of Toodles. In 1998 she and her family moved back to Stafford. For the next eight years she would have no contact with theater until her freshman year of high school. She attended Mountain View High School in Stafford from 2005 to 2009. She was cast in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [Abridged], Alpha and Omega, and The Crucible in her freshman year. In the next three years she would forgo acting to pursue music and technical theater instead. Kate's first role was as a zombie extra in Deadlands 2: Trapped (2008).
