Kendall Devin Bell, the oldest of three children, was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in various cities in Illinois and Indiana. He is the son of Ametra Gibson-Self, a director/writer/producer, and Kenneth G. Bell. Kendall was a Theater major in high school at Bloom Trail and Thornwood High School in South Holland, Illinois. He became the Recipient of the Mayor's Student of the Year in Fine Arts Award in 2012. Kendall's love for the Performing Arts, hard work and dedication earned him a spot at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, NY. Kendall started out doing television shows for his mother at the age of 4 in a cable television series called Single Parent (1999) where he was the child of the lead. He also played the role of Zachary in Clean Heart (1999/2000). After some years, Kendall was apart of various films from Of Boys and Men(2008) where he was a featured extra, It Takes A Village (2009) as the role of Trevelle Scott, Ajayla, The Nubian Princess (2010) as Ian The Fairy God-brother, Battered Clergy (2011) as Young Gee, Cyber Hoax (2012) as Dimitri Ware, There's Hope(2015) as Travis Scott, ChiRaq (2015) as a National Guard and Double Fatal (2018) as Jarvis. Kendall did various stage performances including Honk!: The Musical (2008) as The Cat, The Wiz (2010) as Uncle Henry/Ensemble, You Can't Take It With You (2011), Dracula: The Musical(2011) as Boris Renfield, Oscar (2012) as Dr. Thornton Poole, Stolen (2013) as Ensmeble, Bronzeville The Musical (2016) as Ensemble, Pink Princess The Musical (2016) as Travis Hunter. Kendall has also done various television shows including Just Say The Word and The Exchange.
