Trinidadian born and Boston-bred, in the Academy Homes neighborhood of Roxbury, Rudy Hypolite is the director and producer. Rudy is an American Film Institute (AFI) Robert M. Bennett short film award and Henry Hampton feature length documentary award recipient. Previous films include, "PUSH: Madison v Madison", the acclaimed inner city sports documentary, currently in distribution on ESPN Classics and PBS' World's America Reframed and American Graduate series. In 2014, Rudy is in post production on "Saving Lives - Boston" a feature length documentary that takes the viewer deep into the reality of Boston's gang involved youth from their point of view and examine their individual motives and the culture that precipitates these behaviors, while chronicling the work of Streetworkers attempting the interventions designed to transform their lives. Rudy manages Harvard University's Science Center Media and Technology Services and is the former director, editor and producer for the Harvard@Home multimedia website. He is a graduate of Boston University's Television and Film Program.
