2018 marks his tenth year performing as a character/background actor in the Washington/Baltimore area. He was born in London, England raised in Toronto. In 1978, he moved to the United States and became a naturalized U.S. citizen five years later. He received a Master of Science degree in Air Transport Engineering from Cranfield University in England, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Henry W Bloch, School of Management, University of Missouri, Kansas City, and a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering Technology from Ryerson University in Toronto. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Canada, and hold both U.S. and Canadian Commercial Pilot's certificates. He was a candidate for the Canadian Astronaut Program. He was once Canadian AAU Junior Hurdles Champion and played varsity football at Mount Allison University. To pay for his education and flying lessons he made Corn Flakes at Kellogg's, drove a truck, worked as a Railway Brakeman and Conductor on freight and passenger trains in western Canada, was a TV extra and flew for an Air-Taxi service. He was the founding Vice President and a Director of the Muriel McBrien Kauffman Foundation, a non-profit foundation for the Performing Arts in Kansas City, MO.
