Francisco Montás

Has made several short films that participated in important national and international film festivals. Produced the music video Ay Mami by the urban artist Vakeró, which was part of HTV's regular programming. Edited the American feature film Sophomore, starring Amanda Plummer and Patrick Warburton. Was invited by the Division of Education and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State as the first Representative of the Dominican Film Industry in the Leadership Program for International Visitors in various cities in the US. That same year, he was also invited by CaribbeanTales to participate in its Project Incubator Program in Toronto. In 2015, he produced Truth Or Dare, his first feature film, directed by Suzette Reyes. And in 2021 he wrote, with Omar Hauszler, the script for the animated film Butyto Y La Fábula del Cielo Nocturno, directed by Félix Limardo, which will be shown in theaters in 2023.
