Dana Adkins is a multi-talented performer who has been singing, dancing, acting and hosting shows internationally for over 20 years. Her stage credits include starring roles in Hello Dolly (Dolly Levi), Annie Got Your Gun (Annie Oakley), The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (Miss Mona), Chicago (Matron Mama Morton), Tommy (The Acid Queen) and The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Princess Puffer). As a headliner, she has performed throughout the world, including a long stint as the star of the much-acclaimed San Francisco based production of Steve Silver's Beach Blanket Babylon. Her television acting credits include roles on the popular daytime soap Days of Our Lives, the hit teenage series Beverly Hills 90210 and the lauded mini-series Tales of the City. A graduate of California State University at Fullerton with a degree in Telecommunications, Ms. Adkins is also one of the Coachella Valley's most recognizable, tireless and generous contributors to the local charitable benefits circuit, donating her time and talents to an impressive array of fund-raising endeavors: from AIDS-related causes, animal rights activism and women's issues to name but a few. Ms Adkins is most recognized as the high profile, ebullient Host and Producer of the popular Palm Springs entertainment magazine television show The Yellow Brick Road. She now lives in the Palm Springs area and continues to share her love of the performing arts as a permanent and much sought after fixture on the local cabaret scene.
