Marilyn Anne Michaels was born in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating with a BFA in Acting from the former Acting Studio at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, she moved to Chicago, Illinois to continue training. While in Chicago, Marilyn was an active member of the thriving theatre scene and was a part of the world premiere of Tennessee William's play "One Arm" directed by Moises Kaufman and co-produced by Tectonic Theater Project, Steppenwolf Theatre and About Face Theatre. She is also a graduate of the 48 week improv conservatory program at the Second City Training Center Chicago. Other Chicago theatre credits include work with Eclipse Theatre, Shaw Chicago, Circle Theatre, First Folio Shakespeare, Greasy Joan & Co., and many others. She worked on stage and behind the scenes on over 60 productions. At the end of 2006, Marilyn packed her bags and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in independent film and TV.
