Jon Watts

Jon Watts is a Director/Producer specializing in documentaries. He is based out of Atlanta, Georgia. In 2012, Jon premiered his documentary feature debut, AKA Blondie. This award-winning film has received praise from critics, and has gone on to play at festivals throughout the world. Homespun is a documentary series he developed with his wife to collaborate with talented filmmakers telling community-driven stories. The series itself profiles local characters in and around metro Atlanta, Georgia. Screenings occur annually at the historic Plaza Theatre, and then Xfinity On Demand's Film Festival Collective. In 2014, Jon was named the first ever Filmmaker In Residence with the Atlanta Film Society.
