Fredrik Gustafsson

Fredrik Gustafsson grew up in Stockholm, Sweden. After graduating from Stockholm University, where he took a MA in Film History and Theory and a MA in History of Ideas, he began working at the Swedish Film Institute, including the Ingmar Bergman Archives. He also worked at the Swedish Institute, organizing Ingmar Bergman festivals across the world. He has been writing for various film journals and magazines, and currently (2009-2012) he is doing doctoral research and teaching at the University of St Andrews.
