Kate Carty

Kaitlin was born on January 19, 1991 in San Antonio, Texas. Her father is a successful member of the USAF, and her mother has worked for various companies as an IT specialist. Kaitlin took to the stage in the second grade, where she helped write and performed in her class play. At the age of 13, Kaitlin decided she wanted to act as a career. She has performed with the Missoula Children's Theatre, and was featured in an independent film, "A Stupid Movie for Jerks" at the age of 15. Kaitlin was an active member of her high school theatre program and was inducted into the International Thespian Society in 2007. She was awarded the All County Thespian Award 2 years in a row, the All State Thespian Award at age 17, and National Honor Thespian at age 18. Kaitlin began attending Winthrop University in the fall of 2009 pursuing a degree in Theatre Education.
