Laurent Ballesta

Laurent Ballesta is a French photographer, diver and natural biologist, born on May 15, 1974 in Montpellier, France. From 1999 to 2011, he was "scientific adviser in the marine environment" for the television program Ushuaia Nature on TF1 presented by Nicolas Hulot. In 2000, Laurent Ballesta founded, with the French biologist Pierre Descamp whom he met at the faculty in Corsica, the association L'Oeil d'Andromède which aims "to reconcile the oceanological study and the artistic enhancement of the environment. sailor", which in 2008 led to the creation of the company Andromède Océanologie.
