Jarrett Mann is a film and special event producer based in Montreal, Canada. After his film studies at University of Montreal and at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), he co-founded the SPASM short film festival in 2002, dedicated to genre films, and remains the director of the festival until today. After directing a few short films, he wrote and directed his first feature film, Le chalet, which had a wide video release across Quebec in 2006. Since that time, Mann has dedicated most of his career at helping others make there film projects come to life. Over the years he supported the production of hundreds of short films. Since 2018, he is the general manager and artistic director of Kino Montréal, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young filmmakers through different creative labs.
