Vuks Ngcingwana

Vuks Ngcingwana is a movie distributor and producer birthed in the Eastern Cape, South Africa now residing in Johannesburg, South Africa. His academic background includes Screen Acting from the New York Film Academy Universal Studios in Los Angeles, California, Stunt Training and Business Course from the Dimensional Stunt School (DSS), Honours Degree in Producing from the South African School of Motion Medium and Live Performance (AFDA) as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management at the IMM Graduate School of Marketing (course incomplete). His work experience spans from working as an actor on various feature films, plays and TV programs such as Wit Licht (Holland), Yes We Can(France), Ibhayibhile (Mzansi Magic), Amstel Class Act 2 (SABC 1), with cameo roles in Rhythm City(Etv) and Isidingo(SABC3) to producing documentaries such as Across the Colour Bar which was broadcast on SABC 1's investigative journalism programme Cutting Edge. In addition, short films with one of them, Ibhayibhile, going onto winning best overall production and best director at the DSTV Short Film Competition and Loxion Film Festival as well being a runner up at the Berlin Film Festival in Germany. Three of the short films are currently broadcast on Mnet's Mzansi Magic. He also Line Produced "The Good Man" an international feature film starring Aiden Gillen (Game of Thrones) and Thomas Gumede (Othello Burning). He is the Executive Producer and Distributor of a 13-part television variety show, Tastemakers, for SABC 1. The show was filmed in a number of countries and cities such Berlin, Paris, London, Nigeria, Amsterdam and South Africa.
