Graduated in Acting at the ARCIS University and completed a Masters in Documentary Film at the University of Chile. She worked as assistant director and editor of documentaries, as well as participated as actress, co-writer and co-editor in the film Perro Muerto, directed by Camilo Becerra. Her debut film as a director was Quiero morirme dentro de un tiburón, which was selected for the Visions du Réel, FIDOCS and Havana festivals. Years later she collaborated again with Becerra to make Quizás es cierto lo que dicen de nosotras, a Chilean-Argentine co-production selected at the San Sebastian International Film Festival.
